  See, the problem is never because of the dying of a SO-CALLED SPIRIT in the team.
  The gospel truth is that we have stop the UNEARTHING AND GROOMING of NATURALLY GIFTED FOOTBALLERS to play for the teams. The problem is that almost all the teams in Ghana now are made up of "players" who are not gifted as footballers, but have learnt HOW TO "KICK", HOW TO "SHOOT", HOW TO "CROSS", HOW TO "HEAD", etc.
  Gone are the days when teams called for what we called JUSTIFY YOUR INCLUSION, where the technical teams, made up of HONEST and SINCERE coaches who are FULL OF INTEGRITY would choose from among players who came for the justifiers NATURALLY GIFTED FOOTBALLERS to play for the teams.
  The problem with the national team is that our football is made up of TOO MANY AVERAGE PLAYERS.
