  Ghana will never qualify for the World Cup if Otto Addo is continuing as a coach. Kurt should wise up. Otto Addo looks desperate and this will make him make so much mistakes.

  Otto Addo's loyalty to players like Alidu Seidu and Elisha Owusu is the major reason he's failed as Ghana coach. These guys are either simply not good enough or are used in wrong positions. And these are very key positions on the pitch.
  
  Elisha cannot advance the ball, is not a ball winner and an average passer. His only top skill is press resistance. He's a luxury player the team can't afford to field for only one skill. His being in any match invites lots of pressure from the opposition and makes us lose possession.
  
  For Alidu, he's a good right centre back in a back five formation. His lack of height makes him unsuitable for a true centre back. But the worst thing is to play him at right back. He's good defensively but has almost zero ability advance the ball, interchange with the winger in front of him, or invert into midfield. This is the reason why any right winger in front of him always has a poor game. The winger usually has a lot of work to do going back and forth with a lot of distance to cover owing to Alidu's inability to carry the ball forward.
  
  If me who's not a professional coach can see these problems, I don't understand how Otto Addo can't. These are the two major reasons he's been losing games and would lose his job unfortunately. There may be other off-field reasons, but in terms of the football, these are his biggest errors.
