There are 2 things here if this report is true.
1. The current players are indisciplined and see themselves bigger than the national team. They don't want to respect the coach.
2. The players are less committed to the national team than to their clubs. We see evidence of it when they play for their clubs and the national team.
Therefore, for the national team to do well, let's get rid of the big names and use players who love the country.

Some of these players even know Otto addo is weak in tactics and a boy boy, yes sir massa type to Okraku so they don't take him serious again. They know he is there only to serve the orders of okraku and randy abbey not there by virtue of his experiences and tactics. There can be no respect for a coach who can be remote controlled .

Painstil feel He should not be benched and the Ayews that I have loved are refusing to accept that Dede time is over. Samenyo has missed golden opportunity that no coach could keep quite. But if the players say they don’t respect him because he insisted on breakfast and scolded them for lateness, those players must be sacked from the team. I’m europe where they play, these things are there. You eat from the club guesthouse. Right Nutrition is part of the game preparation. And we’ve seen videos of how coaches gave hot scolding to their team in the dressing room at half time. I’ve seen a video of Guardiola giving it to everyone in the dressing room while at Barcelona. It’s on the internet.

Some Ghanaian players are arrogant to say they don’t desver scoping for being late; who the hell are they? Common Afcon , you couldn’t qualify to compete in. Players who have won World Cup still take solving from their managers. Too known with nothing to show

Meanwhile, Otto Addo who was hailed as a savior for Ghana Football before his coming has thus far failed miserably to win a single game out of six tries in the recent AFCON Qualifiers. He failed to qualify the team for an AFCON, a feat Ghana didn't experience twenty years prior to Otto Addo's second coming.

Isn't Otto Addo's performance more of a disaster when compared to that of Kwasi Appiah's?

It's either that the FA is gang hole on Otto Addo for reasons beyond competence or he is incompetent himself. Either way this FA has been the worst in the country's history.

It's time to instil disciple in the team and whoever is not willing to comply should not be part of the team. Period. Public recordings of private rebukes of the playing body, the gead coach attributing defeats and poor performance to condition of playing field, openly calling out young players accusing as lacking experience , open criticism of Partey as not a good leader. Players openly attributing their loss of form at club level and exploding into fisticufs such as Kudus endured a five match ban is unprecedented. Most of the players are played out of position. The coach cannot blend players into a well oiled unit. The team lack a cutting edge forward or striker and he is hanging on.
