Apart from Korle bu, 37 military and the Komfo Anokye hospitals which had been there since the first republic, all the other standard and specialist hospitals in Ghana were either built from scratch, or upgraded to their current status by the NDC; Bank hospital, Accra Regional hospital (Ridge), Maritime hospital, and the University of Ghana Medical Center (UGMC), which is the first and only quarternal hospital in West Africa. Akuffo Addo started building his hencoop agenda 111 hospitals over 3 years ago, and yet managed to semi-complete and prematurely inaugurate only 3, which are unuseable because they are only empty buildings without access roads and equipment. Only idiots like you will applaud such a monumental failure.
