If you have a sports journalist who will talk about sentencing someone who is not on trial, infact not even arrested nor charged with any offence but just perception of corruption, it means that journalist doesn't even understand the legal system. Why should l believe such a journalist who is accusing someone of corruption. He hasn't got the capacity to assess properly the cost of building a stadium so he hears the amount involved then straight away the amount is too big and the Minister must be sentenced, this is illiteracy.
