  I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiments. The playing fields in Ghana need to be upgraded and maintained before trying to think about acquiring and operating a VAR system. Given the bad conditions of the fields, it is surprising that the players don't get injured quite often. Even if they acquire a VAR, I think they will have only it in for example Accra and Kumasi only.
