  So which director or GFA chairman supervised the deterioration of the GSCE. GFA keeps sharing $100k per executive member after every world cup, they forgot to allocate some of them for maintenance.

  If this is the final renovation then I wonder how the place was when it was constructed. The place does not appeal to me.
