One of the main reasons why Black Stars have performed poorly is the frequent calls to include local players in the team. Most local players who are Black Stars materials should be playing for top foreign teams, not in our scrappy local league. The calls for Diversity and inclusion of local players should be left solely to the coach’s discretion. I applaud the goalkeeper’s effort to keep a clean sheet but the coach should not call local players just to balance the composition of local and foreign players in the national team.

Local players who start doing well should automatically go outside and play. This primitive stupidity is what is allowing the corrupt useless animalistic leaders of the FA to spoil our league thinking only of what they will accumulate in their useless pockets when they trade players instead of making the league look attractive and competitive. The best should always go outside to play, the hell. The GFA is just uselessly corrupt, that's why our league can not grow. Local players if taken care of and nurtured properly perform better.

Thank you Doc. The Dzamefe Commission recommended this years back that at least 3 local players be in the Black Stars team at all times. They have been vindicated.

I do not think that he has made a case for local players.in my view he was not tested in the chad games and did not get enough test for me against madagascar.i'm not convinced about him

Please let us not rush to conclusions.Any local goalkeeper could have man the post in the two games from what we saw. How many shots on goal did Chad or Madagascar have.Asare was virtually on holiday because our opponents were not in action which I will give the coach and his backroom staff good job well done.Lets judge our keeper in matches where we are given the run for our money and not this one sided boring matches.
