  Use the precious working hour times to visit our institutions where employees are found sitting idle doing nothing but get paid monthly.
  
  A random visit to the Kotoka Airport, Tema Port, Teaching Hospitals would bring a some amount of sanity in our work ethnic. The fact that you've introduced a code of conduct doesn't mean that the Ghanaian worker has changed his/ her conduct.
  
  People are still idling and stealing money everyday .
