  Please, we are not going to shoulder the payment of any compensation. There must be a life insurance cover somewhere. He died in the line of duty; nobody intentionally killed him

  It appears either the event was under-insured or not insured at all. That is the only logical reason why the committee set up to probe his death will make such recommendation.
