  As long as there are no divisions. There must be a clear statement whether it is meant to be a loose organization which shall pose a lot of problems in operations and a series of bad precedences. If organized, then a constitution has to be written as soon as possible to avoid unfair, comparative attitudes, discrepancies, functionalization, etc.

  The union should be limited to retired Goalkeepers. Current players must be allowed to focus on their training in order to reach their own heights greater heights.

The old guys need to be supported financially since most of them are not gainfully employed eversince they retired. It is good they have an association so any donations to the association is indirectly to them.
