  Tweeaaaa...Canadian Premier league is a second/third tier league. It is below MLS ans USFL. Of course for a player who has played in Europe before I am not surprised he is dominating such a low league. If he is that good, Toronto FC or the other Canadian MLS teams will have signed him.
