You gonna change CFA to dollars for plane tickets accommodations transportations food plus paying for training courts. Nothing is free in America. White people are always ten steps ahead because you can choose to go to Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Egypt, Mauritius, Morroco, Nigeria etc or one of the European countries. If you refuse to pay players and the tournament is in West Africa then stay in your shit hole.
