    Hearts were simply robbed period, the penalty should have been re taken and the disallowed goal should have stand. The level of Ghana football will remain poor for ever.

    For the record, 1967 Kotoko also won the very first Head of State (General Ankra) Cup played at the Accra Sports Stadium 3-1 after the first Coup 1966.
