We don't know the expertise of those to be appointed? Black Rasta come for your gold stone. We just appoint any lizard, any toad, any cockroach, any worm and any fly to any position .Herhh Ghana. This is how far we have brought ourselves. Go to Singapore and check how they appoint the the top bosses of their Maritime authority .
