  Ghana doesn’t need any designated schools for sports development. Doing that will make these schools competitive and difficult to enroll since most parents will want their children to enroll in these schools since they have come to appreciate that sports is a lucrative business if one is able to excel. Rather the government should emphasize on physical education in the schools where those departments are fully equipped to achieve their objectives. Principals of these designated schools for sports will resort to taking bribes from parents to give admissions to their children. The idea is good but some school officials will abuse it .
