Ghana would not be mourning the lost of 8 innocent lives if ministry of communication had used video link or connection from Accra to send messages from government officials to a mounted big and high screen to show messages via video link from Accra.In these modern era there is no need to travel from Accra to government events far away from Accra.The regional minister and departmental officials can travel by road to these event places whiles the ,President and sector ministers can send their messages by video links to these event sites live from ministry of communication office or play back a recorded version .This approach is cheaper,safer and also reliable and convenient.
