  Yes it is him. He even played in spain for rcd mallorca before his management decided its best to go to mexican league for whatever reason. Almost every good player from the satellites of his generation have failed to even establish themselves in europe. Remember the likes of Ebenezer Assifuah, Frank Acheampong,Moses Odjer, Kennedy Ashiah, Mohamad Salifuh and Samuel Tetteh to name a few, sadly non of them have managed to make a name for themselves
