You determine your expenses based on the budget. Such mindless statements, as borne in the utterance of Dr Kwame Baah-Nuakoh, have opened up the filth of corruption. I commend Hon. Adam for establishing the expected expenditures for the competition. Dr. Baah-Nuakoh is welcome to chip in extra cash if he deems any budget item inadequate.

There's no better time for the minister to release this information than when he did so. Those who lack insight would think the budget for the Black Stars has been cut but that's not it. Rather, it has b noeen revised to motivate qualification.
$10,000 is available to a player when the team wins a qualifying match but now, only $5,000 will be paid after the won qualifier. If at the end of the qualifiers the team qualifies for the world cup, each player will then receive the remaining $5,000 per qualifying match won. What this means is that, the focus now is on qualifying and not just winning a qualifier. I see it as a prudent innovation particularly when you consider the fact that the Black Stars are leading their group.
