Just because Oto lacks conviction he is not serious. Yo don't understand when to kill the switch, keep your feet on the gas pedal and when to put your fot on thr brakes..this is why bstars is suffering. Last minutes of the game you failed to let them do game management till final whistle. Nobody need sack you. You have to throw in the towel yourself. You are a scout not a coach. I watched our match against Chad and the man was clueless. The Chad player just walked through the right side of our defence. After 80 minutes of play and leading just one nil pragmatic coaches do not sit back. They stand on the touch line and that sends strong signals to the players to fight harder to see the game through.
Not so with Addo.
He does not understand the game of football.
