It shows a lack of respect for the coach. Jordans reaction was childish and I saw the coach trying to pamper him by explaining why he substituted him. He thinks he's playing for Nania FC the Father's team. These behaviors are toxic attitudes which affect the generality of a team and not just on the pitch.

Simple, you have shaky left back Gideon Mensah who knows nothing about football, instead of bringing in Tariq Lamptey you still kept him in the team giving us heart attack scare for solid ninety minutes. 10 mins to full time, more heart attack scare for Ghanaians and instead of keeping Jordan and Kudus who can hold the ball to beat time, you substituted them but not bringing defenders but rather attackers, now long balls which goes all the way to the Malians and back soaking pressure on our defenders, more heart attack scares and you call yourself a coach!

I don't know why Otto Addo ALWAYS removes Kudus, even when he is playing well! That Kwasi Sibi guy did not play anything. I only saw him running around putting his hands at his back.

But don't captains in football teams have hearts and emotions behind each game? Why would any coach substitute the captain of his team without the captain's foreknowledge. I think apart from the captain of a team getting injured or exhibiting some weakness, a coach should not just substitute him. Again I believe that if a captain, for some reason wants to exit the field of play for whatever reason, he would send a signal to the coach. Consequently. I think it is unethical/whimsical for a coach to eliminate his captain in the middle of a game. How does anyone expect him(the captain) to feel?
