They may borrow a nearby brother or girl friend's phone. Are they being deprived of contacting family members during the period of the seizure? I don't think this is the right measure.
  A start up measure could be constantly psyching these boys up of the need to stay fit always by having adequate rest, eating healthy foods and following their usual training regiments. PUMP THESE SIMPLE THINGS INTO THEIR HEADS. Treat them as adults.

Who told you that adults know how to handle phones. Just do research on the effects of phone usage on families. You will come back to applaud these measures by Kotoko.
