  Stop this colonial mentality of thinking that white is right or even better. Otto Addo is a successful coach..together with Klopp they brought black players onto the international stage. Jude Bellingham and Jason Sancho along with a few others. The English FA would never consider employing a black Coach for the national team. They would rather have a Swedish, a German or other whites from Europe. At the start of this week the only BLACK manager in the premier league in English football was sack by Nottingham Forest, a club owned by a Greek. Not because the club is failing...NO..they are in European competitions because of him. Under his tutorage Nottingham Forest has excelled in the last two years.
  Being white doesn't make you a better coach. Stop pandering to all things white. And the other thing is this. There's a great deal of talk about making Africa Great...how can Africa become great when people are always pandering to white people rather than their own kind? Think about that!!
