  Dear Bra Laryea, the problem I had with you when you were the coach of the Black Starlet was how you talked to the kids when they wrong or falter. Especially, your choice of words "bullshit, , fucking, stupid, etc" used on the kids at that age were not civil at all. As I congratulate you on this new breakthrough, please refrain from using such words as you work with these Ugandans and I can bet, you'll go very far as a coach. God bless you
