Better leave the overrated Premier League entirely and go to Spain, Germany or Italy to learn how to play proper football
He's playing football bcoz of money and the best paying clubs are in the EPL, why shd he go elsewhere? I would advise Antoine Semenyo to go to Tottenham or Arsenals. Liverpool may not be a good place for him.
You are rather the only person who thinks the EPL is overrated. Stats show it is the most watched league in the world.
