A Nigeria that couldn't qualify for 2026 World cup out of 9 slots for Africa so far, and possibly 10 if Dr Congo goes on to qualify from the Intercontinental playoffs.

So what do you call Ivory Coast who won last Afcon and has qualified for the next one, next month in Morocco and also for the 2026 WC; or Senegal that has qualified for both finals Afcon and world cup, even beating the mouthy Congolese to the ticket- and the 1st African team to beat England- or Morroco that have qualified for both Afcon and WC and the 1st African senior men's team to get to WC semi finals; or Egypt with 7 Afcon titles and qualified for both Afcon and WC?

Every place has its shadows and lights, so calling one a “giant of fraud and chaos” is a bit too simplistic. Maybe it’s more about perspective than titles.
