It's very sad,we lack maintenance culture as a nation
maintenance is not a culture. its a process. its not rocket science. these same people wash their car, clothes but they havent reasoned that they must also wash sports infrastructure
The main problem is the quality of material used to build that stadium. If the metals and wood used were were good, they wont decaying in 17 years.
go to s africa, morocco you wont see this. i suggest you the sports minister n some stakeholders pay a visit to the sports ministry in these 2 nation and go find out how they maintain their stadiums. my advice to you because ...
