We had Sports Council managing registrations and matches.The records are still there in your offices.
Yaw Dabo doesn't know anything about colts,he is managing football academy for commercial purpose.
I live in France and can tell you how the government has invested huge amount in youth football.
You will be surprised to know that every community has a team from 7 years upwards and coaches.They go to training,play matches and are well fed.They get free jerseys and boots.Tnx.
