  Something I've noticed for a long time, and which is starting to worry me, is the poor quality of the leagues our so-called "top players" have been playing in for years. Of the players listed in Germany, not a single one plays in the first division – they all play in the second division. But Ghanaweb wants it to look like they're playing in the Bundesliga. One plays in Greece, one in Cyprus, 4!! in Austria, and a remarkable 8!!!of them play in Serbia, in fucking Serbia? What's going on? Where are all these Ghanaian talents that the older generation is always talking about? Apart from struggling Kudus, Semenyo, Inaki, and Salisu, our players are playing in non-competitive clown leagues. Comparing our players to those from Senegal, Cyprus, Cameroon, or Morocco, it's immediately clear that all their players, including substitutes, play in the top leagues in Europe, mostly in France, while our players, like Fatawu, prefer to move to the crappy English Championship instead of trying to make it at Sporting because he thought that would lead him to the so revered by ghanaiabs qnd nigerians English Premier League.Even countries like Cape Verde or the Comoros field a higher quality team these days, and yet we wonder why we're not at the Africa Cup of Nations. Adittional to that we have incompetent and greedy persons in our technical staff such as John Paintsil or Fatau Dauda. If you look at all this we should be very thankfull to even paticipate at the WC where we will most likely bring disgrace to Africa.
