We all agree that we can't afford to take this coach to the tournament . I suggest the gfa get him attached to one of these clubs : Sunderland , Brentford , Palace and Bournemouth urgently . The modern coaches of these clubs are good .Those teams have average players but their believe is something else . They stand toe -to -toe with any club fearless. That's how l want to see my BS .

All Otto Addo needs to do is first select from the over 50 players who featured in the qualifiers.
The next criteria should be players who:

1. Are ruthless and have a high work rate. For example, Partey fits this description. His ruthlessness is questionable.
2. Are selfless and play simply, without giving the ball away unnecessarily. Jordan and Kudus are guilty of this
3. Have a high recovery rate and deliver 100% piercing and accurate passes. Run to spaces and always making themselves available for passes. I mean players who play total football.
4. Are not lackadaisical players who lose the ball casually especially our midfielders. I watched Abu Moro and Razak at the heart of Ghana BS and never saw them loose the ball. You can only take the ball from these two except by fouling them. They were simply ruthless.
5. Do not appear to be working hard while actually hurting the team. If you analyze closely, you’ll see that conceding goals often come from such players—for example, Alidu Seidu.
6. Do not joke with the ball, lose possession to the opponent, and then commit unnecessary fouls under the guise of being “tactical.” For instance, Sibo.
7. Do not hold onto the ball too long, erasing created chances instead of giving piercing passes or releasing the ball at the right time, as Kudus often does to cause the team.
8. For strikers or defenders, in the penalty area, balls should always be headed down. When a striker or a player is one-on-one with the goalkeeper, the basic technique is a dummy and placement, never raw power.
9. Defenders in the penalty area should aim the ball, make confusing gestures, or run across opponents to disrupt them effectively.

As a coach, these should be part of your selection criteria. At the World Cup, we cannot afford to see such basic errors. If a player is having a poor game or is being careless with tackles and risks putting the team at a numerical disadvantage, substitute him immediately—don’t wait until the 90th minute. Substitutions should always strengthen and improve the game, not weaken it.

This is why you must assign the best role for each position. Players should be effective in at least two positions. You must prove your worth, or you are wasting our time.
