Not only outside, but specifically on the opponent's home turf if our officials are promised dollars or pounds.
I think whoever hosts pays the expenses of the visiting team. We go out because we get nokofio.
The friendlies are useless if we keep losing them all. It affects our ratings and hurting the psyche of the team. The attitudes towards friendlies must change.

You want us to just cocoon ourselves for fear of losing in a friendly?
Our attitude should rather be to win every friendly, like the Brazilian attitude, and if we lose, so be it.
We keep losing because our "bigshot players" are permitted to be absent, and our coach uses "B team" players to experiment. That way the friendlies are not useful to prepare our Team A.
