  AFCON host are better off building what Qatar has done for the under 17 World Cup. They build eight pitches all in the same area next to each other. Each pitch had only about 5000 seats so matches seemed full even with low attendance. Only the semi finals and final were played in the big stadium.
  Maybe the host can play in the huge stadium.
