  For your info. the are 100% blacks, people of mixed colors (50% black, 50% whites), colored and full whites all living in Ghana, so you shouldn't expect every kid in the Academy to be pitch black.
  
  Remember that the name of the academy is BVB International Academy in Ghana, not BVB International Academy For Ghanaians.

Ghanaian last names like Hyde, Smith, Brown, Buckman, Casely-Hayford, Sawyer, Malm, Mills, Mattison, Crabbe, Blankson, Bruce, Archer, Wood, and many others were derived from European ancestral family names.
