  If what I'm reading here it true and factual then in my kind opinion he must resign period. Why must he be annoyed? He's accountable to Africans therefore if our journalists are asking him a question that makes him upset then he must leave period. He must understand that our journalistd are representing us so if a question is asked he must show some give us some respect.He can't design or write his own question and answer them. The guy is an arrogant and lacks manners.
