This is the best advice ever! When we use public funds for such purposes only the well connected and cronies of the ruling class get to be sponsored.
NDC Govt is not discipline to carry out that decision. Historical we've come to know NDC to rely on populism and they will definitely send Supporters. The excuse they will give is they are for the underprivileged.

That is quite an idea but it has been done before and hope others will follow suit. An associate of mine paved the whole street leading to his house at Tantra Hills and the street is named after him.
