  Charles Taylor’s recurring complaints about Ghanaian football—especially the claim that coaches are lazy—may sound passionate, but they are ultimately counterproductive to the very game he claims to love. Constant public whining simplifies a complex problem into blame, and blame does not build football ecosystems.
  By repeatedly attacking coaches without equal attention to low motivation, unpaid salaries, poor facilities, and lack of incentives, the narrative shifts from problem-solving to public shaming. This discourages young coaches, erodes confidence in the local game, and feeds a damaging perception that excellence can only come from outside Ghana.
  Football grows through belief, investment, and structure—not endless criticism. When influential voices focus more on outrage than solutions, they weaken the brand of local football, scare away sponsors, and undermine development efforts at grassroots and elite levels.
  Criticism is healthy. Habitual negativity is not. Ghanaian football does not need louder complaints; it needs informed advocacy, balanced dialogue, and leadership that promotes growth instead of frustration.

  My take is simple,prior to the 1991 Black Starlet WC triumph there used to be vibrant colts league tournaments in Accra,Kumasi,Tema,Takoradi,Tamale,
  Koforidua and other place,this together with inter-schools produced endless pool of talents for U17 and U20 players who were easily coachable but no more so the FA can't even raise African standards youth teams and the FA appear clueless so far.
