  Pep is a realist. thats what he is. he is not stuck in his ways. he is a guy who will adapt and switch if he has to. why limit Semenyo to one position if the guy has shown in the past that he is versatile and play as a striker, left/right winger? the same with Guehi that defender is also versatile he reminds me of Essien so much. Guehi can play right back, letback, central defence and even central midfield and sometime we see him running into space as an attaxking midfielder to score goals. wow. if you are a coach and dont have an eye for these attributes...you are dead. look at Liverpool coach too rigid. that guy is a banker, not a coach
