Ghana is not cursed because of not abiding by the oath or whatever. The country happens to elect incompetent and corrupt politicians with no shame and remorse. Typical example is electing Akkufo-Addo as president because it was his "turn" to be president. He came in and appointed incompetent and inexperienced family members to run the affairs of the country. The country has laws to regulate the society that no one cares to obey because we have corrupt leaders who live in glass houses and refuse to throw stones.
