  In any case somehing must be done, One can see that some players even stand behind the goalline i.e they are out of the field.

  I have been thinking about this always. There's too much chaos prior to corners? It appears as though the game has no rules. Even rugby and American football look cleaner than EPL corner kick episodes. The Arsenal v Chelsea match was ugly in that respect.
