  The state has to be serious and hire very good lawyers for the AG department. The state has a very water tight case with evidence. So why does the state want the accused disclose names and addresses of their witnesses . It is clearly unconstitutional and gives the accused room to buy time and manoeuvre . The accused does not have a duty to prove anything so they shd not be forced to disclose anything.
