  Where did Ghanaweb get the “17 minute” lapse from? The referee is supposed to blow the whistle and call off a match after 15 minutes of match discontinuity for any reason. What then was the referee doing up to 17 minutes? If the fault came from the referee why should Senegal suffer and not the referee? Why did CAF sanction Morocco and Senegal for their respective breaches during the match?
  Has the prize money not been paid out to the Senegal FA yet? And CAF expects a return of that money? What about the medals to the players of both sets of teams? Are the players to reassemble and return them? Africa! Africa? A bunch of jokers. Who can take us serious anywhere in the world with such mindset?
