There is nothing exciting about new Black Stars players - Coach Nimley

Ghanaian coach, Christopher Nimley has said that the four new players invited for the Black Stars' upcoming international friendly games against Germany and Austria will add nothing to the team.

According to the Citi Sports pundit, there is nothing exciting about the new arrivals and coach Otto Addo got it completely wrong.

Coach Otto Addo on Tuesday, March 17, named Derrick Luckassen, Marvin Senaya, Daniel Agyei and Patrick Pfeiffer in his 26-man squad for the pre-World Cup friendly games against against Germany and Austria.

"There is nothing exciting about the new players in this squad, Otto Addo got it wrong," coach Nimley said on Citi FM.

The Black Stars will play Austria in Vienna on March 27 before traveling to Stuttgart to face Germany on March 30, 2026.
