That shd have been a sign to GFA & the Ministry that it would affect Black Stars. Unfortunately for Ghana our local clubs were also not doing well at the continental competitions. BS team needs cohesion to play well and this can only be done by picking players from the junior teams and local clubs who are playing well.We all saw this during the qualifiers that there was no cohesion in the team and they were not playing well.We only qualified to the WC bcoz Mali our main opponent slipped at home.At this point it's too late to address the weakness in the team.I have taken the coach put bcoz we all saw his limitations @ WC2022 but Randy Abbey and Kurts Okraku imposed him on the team.

Exactly. I have been saying this for a long time now that Ghanas football in general has declined since the early 2010's. Our 3 main problems are that gfa doe not invest in youth football, they do not invest in the domestic league and they do not invest in new infrastructures or maintenance of older infrastructure.With all this going on in ghana football it is impossible to groom good young players like the senegalese, the moroccans or the Cote ivoire do. Also the eaely 2010 were the period when people started demanding ghanaian coaches instead of the much more experienced european coaches. Kwesi Appiah, Ck Akonnor, Maxwell Konadu, Chris Houghton and Otto Addo they are all incompetent coaches. You just look at how low we have droped during their reign. Another major problem is the mindset if ghanaians that still think Ghana have the best and most talented players in africa and the reliance of past glory from ancuent days in the 1970ies!!! We can change coaches and technucal teams as many times as we want it wont change anything. Our squad lacks quality and its a result of poor investment in youth football, domestic league infrastructure and the hiring of incompetent coaches and technical staff for almost 15 years. Prepare for a massive humiliation tonight against germany... i just hope the german U21 C team will have some mercy on us. My prediction GERMANY 12 Ghana 0

We can have 2 of those Academies, one in the Northern sector & one in Southern sector.The govt can even join a private entity to run those Academies where 9 & 10 year old boys and girls can selected for grooming .We even have sponsorship monies from corporate entities for Supporters, the govt shd not send any Supporter they shd add it to those investments.

I was surprised that he decided to play some lackadaisical players at the back against Austria. Why didn’t he defend with many players at the back and then use counter attack to hurt the Austrian defense?
