They have blamed and changed coaches since Kurt took over, but it's been the same horrible results. They keep shifting blame on to the coaches to shield themselves. The "football people" in Ghana are corrupt and 'unserious'

  You are more foolish, more of a moron! Ivory Coast sacked their Coach in the middle of Afcon 2023, which they hosted in 2024. Guess what happened? The new local coach chosen after group matches in which it finished 3rd behind Equatorial Guinea and Nigeria (beaten by both countries in the group) staged a come-back to win the Afcon.
  
  So there is no time you cannot sack a non- performing coach- whether close or in the middle of a tournament as Ivory Coast has shown. Otto's report card is filled with failures and has lost the last 4 friendly matches from South Korea, Japan, Austria and then Germany, not even a single draw. He should have been fired when he could not qualify Ghana for the last Afcon 2025.
