Mr appiah has been in and out of this team for decades from assistant to head manager. May be we can gamble with Laryea Kingston because he is promising to be a good coach. One of Oto Addo coaching problem’s is that he doesn’t substitute tired players on time. He always waited until the game was winding down before. He could have secured a draw with Germany if he had brought in fresh players to defend the 1-1 tie game. We need a foreign coach from a Spaniard background. Coaches from Spaniard background turned to do well irrespective of their experience in the game.

We need a coach that is a solid tactician, knows how to get the best out of players and knows how to make a team gel together for positive results. Let's face it, the Black Stars were not that terrible watching them play against Germany. The team just lacks confidence to perform. They may not just need a solid tactician coach, they may also need the services of a psychologist! I personally think that the GFA should go ahead with the hiring of the former German coach, Joachim. We should engage him on a short term contract to go to the world cup.
