  You've got a tough order Carlos. First stop: start scouting for new talents to augment the team especially in the striking department: encourage possessive football and team cohesion from defence to attack rather than ballooning the ball from keeper straight back to the opponents. Thirdly work to improve the team's ability in the final third and in finishing . These are the underlying problems of the Black Stars .
