I lost a very good friend to this same kind of behavior. He was then living in Spain. He told me his two sisters were doing everything to kill him for his one-storey house in the Central Region. And truly, he died later. I met him by chance in one West African country and we remained in contact until his death.
Once gone, both ladies started fighting themselves for the house!

If you have a house and you give your sisters an inch, they'd take a mile! Why some of them are so entitled is beyond comprehension.

The mother and siblings should live in the father's house, after the tenants rent expire. He should be allowed to rent out his house and remit them monthly for their upkeep and take care of his family.
