I want Ghanaians to take notice of something here, the next Black Stars call will consist of local players, under 20 and under 23 players as well as a few professional players abroad. Now my question is since the coach is a new coach, has never been to Ghana before, has never seen Ghana under 23 players play before, how is he going to make those selections? How did he know those players? And do we even have enough time for that? Per my information, it is Desmond Offei who is going to make those selections and it is business as usual, they are going to advertise their products. Majority of the European leagues will break on the 22nd and Ghana's next match is on the 27th and the coach is new so why do we call players who will not be selected for the world? As far as I know the German bundersliga, the France Ligue 1, English championship, Germany bundersliga 2, danish league and the leagues that majority of our players play in will be on break on the 22nd so why can't they invite those players since time is not on the coach's side? I will advise the ministry to interfere, sit the coach down and talk to him about these internal interference that goes on in our national team before he fails or it is too late

This is a racist point of view. Vincent KOmpany is a coach not a black coach. He is from Belgium not Ghana or anywhere in Africa. Besides he got an already made team with lots of cash and top class players to work with. Everybody can win with that team. They have won the league about 33times before he joined the team from Burnley where he struggled. Some coaches are very lucky.

Vincent Kompany in his acceptance speech at Bayern also referred to himself as black young boy growing up in Brussels, he never dreamt of becoming a successful professional footballer and now a coach who has been offered the opportunity to handle Bayern Munich.Prior to his coming to the team there were 2 German coaches who were not that good enough even with presence of cash.Check the improvements Kompany has added to Olise,Diaz,Gnabry & Kane's game.See how well they are playing in this year's UCL. They are likely to win the Cup if they can handle Paris St Geman's threat.
