First, you mounted a parameter never been a have been achieved by Ghana black stars.

Second, you never have a team setup in place already, for any football coach/ philosopher to be implemented on the team, his ideas; that could have possibly quides such a team for such high expectation.

Let's then compare some of the teams setups to possibly compete with the parameters bar set for the black stars.

What is the timeline span here? Three months? As compare with these teams mentioned bellow and their past times of preparations, to that of the blackstarts to embark?
For such higher parameter barset up?

Teams like England, Spain, Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Croatia.… the blask stars can't beat them with the current setup team we have. So why you the sport manager jump to setup a bar for the new coach who doesn't even know his players and the ability they possess??

We Ghanaians are funny!!! when it comes to systems thinking process of arriviving at a strategic decision making.

The country so called Ghana has no civilization doesn’t understand nothing about stealing corruption. Because the constitution is set up to steal corrupt lies because if you steal and get caught you walk free without charges the past president the present government they all up for stealing. The country has a problem new constitution must to be set to choke all the people in the parliament you steal you go to jail what ever wrong you do you face thirty five years (35 years) . I brought this case across your coaching story because I want people to read and learn how to rule a country. Everything in the country Ghana is about corruption stealing and all from the government parliament all the lazy ones are inn to steal like lions having a feast. Where there’s no law there’s no civilization no laws the strong survived Almighty God will judge everyone of you and is going to happen soon.
