Look at some nations like South africa,the north afrocan nations Kenya etc they have INVESTED in sports infrastructure deliberately.....Morocco.....decide of this speaking with your one voice idea. Why can't Ghana also do the same? Speaking with one voice as a continent is fine but you can't link that with the need to invest and intentionally devote cash for sports infrastructure
